Issues : Inaccurate slurs in A

b. 61-66

composition: Op. 63 No. 1, Mazurka in B major

Continuous, six-bar slur in AI

Shorter slurs in FE (→GE,EE)

..

Unlike in the preceding 8 bars, in this case Chopin did not introduce any changes to the slurs while proofreading FE2. Therefore, in the main text we keep the version of FE1 and the remaining sources.
The ending of the slur of AI is way too long – it reaches the rest in the middle of bar 67.

b. 77-79

composition: Op. 63 No. 1, Mazurka in B major

Shorter slur in AI

Longer slur in FE (→GE,EE)

..

The complete lack of articulation markings in AI – slurs, staccato dots – in bar 78 points to Chopin's distraction in this bar, ending the line, since the preceding bars abounded in such markings. Therefore, the short slur in bar 77 may be unfinished or left without continuation with other slurs or dots. In the main text we give the two-bar slur of FE (→GE,EE), undoubtedly corresponding to the latest articulation concept of this phrase.
